GIRLsmarts4tech is a Computer Science workshop designed for grade 7 girls put on by UBC's Department of Computer Science and SAP. At GIRLsmarts4tech, girls gain hands-on experience in broad topics in Computer Science: building their own webpages, designing user-friendly software (like iPhone apps), programming a robot or a video game.
Two full-day workshops for Grade 7 girls on October 27, 2018 and February 9, 2019. Their location is at SAP, 910 Mainland St. Vancouver. Both workshops are currently full, but if you would like to be waitlisted, please sign up using this link: https://apps.cs.ubc.ca/girlsmarts4tech/
